Emporia customers- 25.50 monthly min plus 10.30 per 1000 gallons

Burlington customers- 20.50 monthly min plus 10.30 per 1000 gallons

PAYMENT

You can pay with cash or check. Sorry, we do not accept credit or debit cards at this time. However, you can contact us to get signed up for automatic withdrawal from checking account.

Board meetings are the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the rural water office.

DAMAGE POLICY

Any damage to a disconnected service by the customer/owner, IE theft of utility will be grounds for immediate termination of water rights and RWD 2 will prosecute for all losses. Any damage caused by hitting with lawn mower or running over with vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer.
